New TLDs Will Not Increase Costs for Trademark Holders

Trademark holders have no reason to register a domain name in a newTLD if the domain name is not going to get any traffic. Spammers and phishers have adequate options for registering similar sounding domain names in existing TLDs without having to bother with new TLDs.
